GHOYS
The Guernsey Horse of the Year Show is the largest equestrian show in the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
Taking place each year over the five days before the August Bank Holiday, the Show celebrated its 50th Anniversary in 2016.
Competitors travel from Jersey and the UK for the event. Previous competitors have included a contingent from The Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery.
As well as individual events there is a closely contested Junior and Senior Team event between Guernsey, Jersey and the UK.
